Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with PebbleLore. Our books are printed and fulfilled through our production partner, Printify, using District Photo for printing and shipment.
Order Processing and Production
Most PebbleLore books are printed after an order is placed. This helps us offer a wider range of niche children’s books while keeping inventory waste low.
Orders usually require production time before shipping. Production time may vary based on order volume, holidays, supplier capacity, and other factors outside our direct control.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
For most U.S. orders, customers should generally expect delivery within approximately 1–2 weeks from the order date, though many orders may arrive sooner. For example, an order placed on April 24 may show an estimated delivery window of approximately May 2–7.
Delivery timelines include both production time and carrier transit time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order, the shipping destination, and the available shipping method. Our current standard shipping profile applies to PebbleLore paper products fulfilled by District Photo through Printify.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may ship through carriers selected by our fulfillment partner, including USPS or other available carriers. The exact carrier may vary by destination, product, and shipping method.
Tracking
When your order ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, incorrect shipping addresses, customs delays, or other events outside our control. However, if your order appears unusually delayed, please contact us at support@pebblelore.com and we will help review the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we may be unable to change it once production or shipping has begun.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Damaged, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after shipment, please contact us at support@pebblelore.com with your order number and, for damaged or defective items, photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.
International Shipping
At this time, shipping availability may vary by destination. International orders, if available, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
